As for the inductance, it is measured with a special device - the indicators should be from 200 to 400 MHz. It's okay if the disc gets magnetized a little. It can be demagnetized using a network transformer. Insulation resistance is checked with a megaohmmeter. Under voltage of 500 V, this parameter should not be higher than 20 MΩ. On the basis of the figures obtained, it is then possible to draw conclusions about whether a replacement of the sensor is necessary or is it correct.
There is also one more variant of diagnostics - thischeck with oscilloscope. This method is used in SRT. The problem is that, in addition to the oscilloscope, you also need special software, which is sometimes impossible at home. Therefore, it is better to measure the key parameters of the sensor and compare them with the passport values.
