Stencil making and its use
Currently, everyone is eager to surround himselfexclusive and interesting things. There are several ways to do this. For example, you can color your home by hand, choosing the colors you like and the ways they are applied.
In addition, probably every motoristknown aerography, stencils in which are also used for drawing. Especially often this procedure is exposed to doors, wings, hood or trunk of the car. Recently, the painting of side mirrors, roofs, and bumpers of the car has become widespread.
The stencil is traditionally manufacturedfrom a PVC film or special plastic, on the surface of which with the help of a special plotter the required forms, inscriptions and drawings are cut out. Depending on the type of material used, models are distinguished for disposable and reusable applications.
Reusable templates are designed for pipelining. The use of a disposable stencil is most effective when you need to quickly apply a small pattern.
The manufacture of the stencil also directly depends on its further designation. There are basic and temporary stencils, as well as patterns.
For example, temporary templates are widely usedare used in those cases when it is necessary to depict a clear contour line in some part of the figure. This affects the material from which it is made. Most often in the role of this material acts as a PVC film.
In turn, the production of a stenciltype is made of paper, since such models are designed to transfer the image to the desired surface in accordance with the proportions of the object. In addition, such templates are needed to create smooth circles or straight lines with increased accuracy of the contour. It should be borne in mind that this method allows you to most accurately copy the font or pattern without changing its proportions.
The patterns are made of special plastic, which is designed for permanent repeated use. However, it should not be forgotten that the patterns that are excellent in their properties and characteristics can also be produced from the film used in the printing press.
The stencil can be produced inhome conditions with their own hands. Consider the simplest paper template. First you need to draw or print the desired drawing, and then transfer it to the cardboard. This will strengthen the stencil, as well as avoid "creeping" the image. Next, cut the model along the resulting contour. For this, it is best to use scissors and special sharp knives.
