Boil the spaghetti (250 g).100 grams of boiled ham and 200 g boiled white mushrooms (can be replaced with mushrooms) cut with thin long slices and lightly fry in butter. Add 4 tablespoons. tomato paste and all together boiling. Mix with pasta and serve.

We boil 400 g of pasta.A bunch of cilantro finely chopped, one pod of red peppers cut into small pieces, a slice of garlic cut into 4 parts. To half a kilogram of ground beef, add 2cut onions, spices to taste and salt. Tushim (oil can be any vegetable) for 15 minutes. Peel the tomato jar with a peel and twist it through a meat grinder, add it to the stuffing and bring it to a boil. Mix with boiled pasta, and when serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
