How to cook a pie with meat? There is a special technology for baking closed puff cakes. Several layers of dough are made on it, which overlap with the filling. Then the dough is baked, so that the filling is properly baked and remains juicy. The recipe for a pie with meat is simple, but it will take a certain amount of time. The result is a beautiful, satisfying and tasty dish.

Meat pie recipe and egg

For the test: 3 cups of flour, 250 grams of butter, 400 grams of sour cream, a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of water.

Rinse the softened oil with a knifeput them on the table. In the middle of a flour slide, make a hole in your heart, where you put a mixture of eggs, salt, sugar, sour cream and water. Knead a weak dough pleasant to the touch. Leave it in a saucepan for a couple of hours, covered with a towel.

Filling: half a kilogram of meat, two onions, 4 eggs, pepper, salt, 50 grams of sunflower oil.

Torsion the meat in a meat grinder, add the chopped onions to it and fry them in butter, seasoning and pepper, then laying chopped eggs on the ground.

Divide the dough into two parts. One of the parts must be rolled up to the size of the mold. The bottom of the form is smeared with oil, then sprinkle with flour and put a dough on it. From above place the filling, which should be closed from the top with the second layer of dough. Protect both layers together to hide the filling inside. Lubricate over the beaten egg, lightly pierce with a fork and place in the oven for half an hour (or slightly more) with medium heat.

Meat pie recipe, cheese and onions

Necessary products for the dough: 150 ml of beer, 400 grams of flour, 200 grams of margarine or butter.

For the filling number 1: 400 grams of chicken fillet, 150 grams of onions, pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

For the filling number 2: 100 grams of cheese, 3 eggs, green onions (you can add other greens to taste), salt.

First you need to prepare the filling number 1. Cut the fillet into small cubes, fry the onions in vegetable oil, put fillets into it, sprinkle with pepper, salt and fry until done (about 15 minutes).

To prepare the filling number 2, you need to cut eggs, onions, grate the cheese on a medium grater, mix everything and add some salt.

For the dough mix the butter with beer, add a pinch of salt. Introduce the flour and knead the dough. Then divide the resulting dough into three parts and roll them into circles.

Form the baking grease, put onbottom of the first layer of the test. Cover it with the filling number 1, close the second layer of the dough and put the filling number 2. All close the top with the last layer of dough and wipe the edges. The top can be greased with yolk. Pierce the opening with a fork to allow steam to come out, and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Meat pie recipe and potatoes

You need half a kilogram of pork, 3 potatoes, 2 onions, a glass of kefir, salt, soda - a teaspoon, 4-5 glasses of wheat flour, 2 eggs, 150 grams of margarine.

To prepare the dough, take 3.5 glasses of flour, chop with margarine and crumble into a crumb. Whisk the eggs with salt, put out soda in kefir.

In the flour add eggs and yogurt. Then in the mixture, enter another half a cup of flour and knead the soft dough. Divide it into two different in volume bush and set aside in the refrigerator.

Cut the meat into small pieces, cutslices of potatoes, onion - half rings. Get the dough out of the refrigerator. Lower the layer (it will be larger) so that it extends beyond the edges of the mold by 4 cm. Place the potatoes, sprinkled with salt, onion, meat on it, again salt and cover with a layer of potatoes. The second layer of the dough cover the cake from above. Protect the edges of the dough with a "pigtail". In the top layer of the test, make holes with a fork.

Place the cake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.

Fast pie with meat

Dough products: 2/3 cup of flour, half a glass of sour cream, half a cup of mayonnaise, 3 eggs.

Filling products: 500 grams of minced meat, one carrot, onion, pepper, garlic, salt, seasoning to taste.

Fry the stuffing, adding pepper, salt,chopped onions, carrots, garlic and seasonings. Dough for pie kneading, as if on a pancake. Half the test pour into the mold, put on the filling and pour the rest of the dough on top. Put the form in a preheated oven for about 200 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Done!
