  • sweet pepper - 8-10 peas;
  • a few cloves of a carnation;
  • a pinch of coriander;
  • vinegar (6%) - 120 grams.


Zucchini peel and seeds, pepper - fromstems, garlic - from the husks. Chop the tomatoes with the skin. All finely chopped, put in cast iron and put out 35-40 minutes on medium heat. 15 minutes before the end of salt, add sugar and spices, pour the juice, if not using tomatoes.
