In other cases, the court has the right not to consider the case ofdivorce without the consent of one of the spouses for a period of up to three months. How to divorce correctly in this case? When these agreements are not available, the spouses have the right to raise the issue of the requirement to consider these issues in the judicial divorce proceedings (SC Article 24).
